AGM called to order by Gordon:
Thanked past board.
Introduced nominees for 2010 Board (See exec minutes)
Asked for nominations from floor….none so board was acclaimed.
Finance Report Harvey Lee. Club is in good financial shape.

House and Program:
Randy noted Coast Stanley Park for March meeting and reviewed Naasc prize and Congress prize.

Prize winners:
Naasc prize: Sachindra Sharma, Mike Durkin, Jim Storey
Congress prize: Ole Pi, Mike Cafferky, Daniel Gutierrez

Tourism Award:
Bill explained award and asked for nominations. Noted the fishing / golf date of June 18th.


Sergeant at Arms:
Jack Miles allowed that as it was his first time, he was yet only a corporal. He fined Linda Hagen for shameless promotion of hotel and Vic Nakhleh for no pin.

Thank host:
President Gordon thanked the Hotel.
Hans spoke about hotel and thanked skal for attending.
